Kip Santos is a civil engineer by training and a construction manager by experience, with a deep-rooted passion for urban infrastructure planning. He divides his time between Vancouver, Canada, and New England in the United States, where he focuses on small-scale residential development. Kip is a strong advocate for compact, car-free, care-free living and is actively involved in several urbanist organizations, including the Congress for the New Urbanism (CNU) New England chapter, Strong Towns, and the Incremental Development Alliance.
